They come handy and are so helpful for people like me who can't create recipes. The fish entree turned out great. The chutney (Green Mango & Onion Relish) tasted awesome even though the color didn't appear as it should have, may be because I used dark brown sugar instead of jaggery. What I loved most about this dish was that it had a good mix of sweet and spicy flavors in it. This dish is again something like many other from SC,that I would make repeatedly. I don’t have enough words to thank you for putting up these recipes. They come handy and are so helpful for people like me who can’t create recipes.
