This year we had potluck Diwali Party at my house and I was in charge of the first course.
I served some chilled Curried Pumpkin Soup as amuse-bouche.

These crispy Chicken Kheema Rolls are hot off the oven (not deep fried!)

…And finally, some refreshing minty potatoes with spicy, cool yogurt and sweet ‘n’sour tamarind sauce.

Stay tuned for recipes of my Diwali Party menu. Coming soon!
