If you can&#039;t find it, just don&#039;t add anything in its place. There&#039;s no substitution as such.

		<description>Green mangoes are popular in the Caribbean in chutney&#039;s and chows. 
A chow is basically as you discribe here, pickled mango. 
The spices are slightly different but the use of oil is different for me. I must try this some day. Great site and such wonderful photos. Love it!</description>
